SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Monday - Wednesday - Friday : 9:15 am to 10:00 a.m.
Collierville Community Center Gymnasium
Instructor, Sara Holland, will lead group in a daily exercise routine that consist of stretching, toning, hand-weights, dyna-bands, balance exercises and more! Group usually arrives early to walk (warm-up) before class starts and some walk after class as well.
Senior 55+ Walking time in Gym/track is available M-F from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday, 12 noon - 6 p.m. for Collierville Residents (free).
Exercise Punch Cards: $10 (you receive 12 visits). Please purchase card at Parks Administration Office prior to class start time. Please arrive before class starts at 9:30 a.m. to have your card punched by Instructor; participants will also need to sign-in each day at table provided in the gym before participanting in class. SENIOR CHAIR EXERCISEPROGRAM: STRETCH BALANCE BREATHE (New Program)
Chair Yoga is ideal for those who do not want to, or are unable to, get down on the floor. Using a chair for support helps participants to perform the balancing poses and breathing/flexibility exercises with confidence, as well as, comfort. Regular yoga attendance has been proven to produce better sleep, energy, and balance. Beginners are encouraged!! All equipment is provided for class.
Class sessions/time: Monday's and Friday's ~ 10:10 -10:50 a.m.
Location: Collierville Community Center Gym (440 W. Powell Road)
Fee: $15/month - Purchase punch card from Parks Administration Office (457-2770)

Note: September 12th meeting - everyone bring a dessert to share with group.
December 12th meeting - everyone bring $5 gift card from any store or fast food restaurant - put a receipt in envelope with a happy note from
you to the receipt.

Bingo usually held the 4th Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. (unless conflicts with facility usage or holidays) - see below dates and any changes.
Dates: July (No Bingo), August 22, September 26, October 31 (5th Tuesday) due to other events in the gym, November 28, December (No bingo (due to holidays).
Lunch: Everyone brings their own sack lunch/drink/snack. Fee: Players must bring a $1 bingo prize for the prize box (it has to be an item - no money).
Players will get 2 bingo cards for play

I must have a minimum of 15 to hold event.

Group meets 2nd Thursday of month from 9:30 a.m. - 12 noon (2017) in the Harrell Theatre Lobby! Call 457-2770 to put your name on a program list if possible. Bring a sack lunch, snack and drink (bottle drinks only).

Senior Lunch n' Learn Series
2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Bring a sack lunch; drink and dessert provided at event.

Lunch n' Learn is an educational and social program that brings artists, authors, and historians to the Museum for discussions over lunch.
Programs are free and all materials are included.
