A Very Active Program since 1993!
Instructor, Sara Holland/Corinne Edney, will lead group in a daily exercise routine that consist of stretching, toning, hand-weights, dyna-bands, balance exercises and more! Group usually arrives early to walk (warm-up) before class starts and some walk after class as well.
Senior 55+ Walking time in Gym/track is available M-F from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday, 12 noon - 6 p.m. for Collierville Residents (free) at the Collierville Community Center and Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. at the Linda Kerley Senior Center Gym (note times will vary based on programs using the gym facility at the Linda Kerley Senior Center).
Exercise Punch Cards: $10 (you receive 12 visits). Please purchase card at the Linda Kerley Senior Center prior to class start time. Please arrive before class starts at 9:30 a.m. to have your card punched by Instructor; participants will also need to sign-in each day at table provided in the gym before participanting in class. YOGA: STRETCH BALANCE BREATHE (New Program)
Yoga is ideal for those who do not want to, or are unable to, get down on the floor. Using a chair for support helps participants to perform the balancing poses and breathing/flexibility exercises with confidence, as well as, comfort. Regular yoga attendance has been proven to produce better sleep, energy, balance and flexibility! All equipment is provided for class. This is a great program - please join us!!!

Bingo 2018 Dates (2nd Tuesday of each month): January 9th/February 13th/March 13th/April 10th/May 8th/June 12th (Note: Please bring a paper product (plates/napkins/cups/paper towels/tissue or craft items to donate to the Page Robbing Adult Day Care Center on the February Lunch Bingo meeting. We will take the items to Page Robbins after the event that day).

Bingo usually held the 4th Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. (unless conflicts with facility usage or holidays) - see below dates and any changes.
Dates: January 23/February 27/March 27/April 24/May 22/June 26
Snacks: Everyone brings their own drink/snack (coffee will be available). Fee: Players must bring a $1 bingo prize for the prize box (it has to be a new item - no money).
Players will get 2 bingo cards for play

Mexican Train Dominoes or Dominoes
Group meets 2nd Thursday of month from 9:30 a.m. - 12 noon at the Linda Kerley Senior Center. Call 457-2769 to put your name on a program list if possible. Bring a sack lunch, snack and drink (bottle drinks only); coffee will be available.
Beginner Bridge Lessons: Learn how to play bridge. This is for the beginning player who know nothing about the game or for someone who needs a refresher class. We learn with cards on the table at all times. You will be able to value your hand, open the bidding and play a hand of bridge after taking this class. Register at the Linda Kerley Senior Center by January 2nd by call 457-2769 to get your name on the list.
