Requirements
Grade as of the fall semester 2006
League breakdown as follows: (Depending on the numbers)
3rd, 4th and 5th Grade 6th,
7th and 8th Grade High
School Grades
Registration Location
Collierville Community Center
Community Center Hours � 7:00am till 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (5:00pm)
Registration Dates and Fees
July 31 � August 25, 2006
$65.00 for Collierville Resident
$95.00 for Non-Resident (Collierville residents have priority)

Late Registration Dates and Fees
August 28 � September 8, 2006
$85.00* for Collierville Resident
$115.00* for Non-resident (Collierville residents have priority)
*Fee includes a $20.00 late fee
Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to an administration fee. No refunds after September
8, 2006
Waiting List
Registrations taken after September 15th are put on a waiting list.
Participants will be called off this list as needed. There is no guarantee
of participation. Collierville residents will have priority over
non-residents.
Coaches
I need volunteer coaches. Moms are welcomed. Please indicate on the
registration form that you are interested and complete a coach�s
application.
Games
Games scheduled to start first of October and conclude before Thanksgiving.
All games will be played in Collierville.
Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Practices
Time, place and frequency of practices will be at coach�s discretion.
Teams
All participants will be assigned to teams by computer. All requests must be
made on registration form and are not guaranteed.
Equipment
Participants will be furnished with a game jersey.
Any and all other equipment will be the participant�s responsibility.
