Do not warm up or
take batting practice on fields prior to ANY game. Please warm-up in the
outfield. Any team found using any Town of Collierville facilities while
closed will be ejected from league and registration fee forfeited.
Please
be sure to turn in your line up forms to the scorekeeper. The scorekeeper
will be in the press box upstairs. Be sure all lineups contain:
Players Full Name - First name and last name
Players Number
Any substitutions
No coaches, players, assistant
coaches, team scorekeeper or spectator is allowed in press box. Head
Coaches are allowed in press box prior to game only to bring line up form
to scorekeeper. Any unauthorized persons found in press box at any time
may be subject to ejection from facilities for time deemed necessary by
the Collierville Athletic Department.
No Refund will be
given to any team once placed on schedule.
No team is allowed
to take batting practice or infield prior to the start of any game. Teams
must warm up in outfield. Please be aware of spectators and small
children if warming up between fields prior to the start of any game.
No games will be
rescheduled after the schedule is released. The only exceptions will be
original typos, schedule on holiday, weather or any other reason deemed
necessary by CPARD.
Team Rosters must be
turned in prior to second game of the season. No team will be permitted
to play who has not turned in roster by second game. All roster changes
must be made prior to sixth game of the season.
ABSOLUTELY NO
PROFANITY OR MISCONDUCT TOWARD STAFF, UMPIRES AND/OR OTHER PLAYERS WILL BE
TOLERATED. Please refer to
the PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOR POLICY in this packet. An umpire, scorekeeper or
staff member (in their judgment) are in complete control and right to
eject any team member, coach or spectator from the field and facilities.
This is a Recreational Adult Softball Program.
Remember that there
are children and other people around that do not want to hear your
aggressive feelings and profanity. Anyone expressing him or herself in
this manor will be subject to ejection and disqualification from league
and facilities for a time deemed by the Collierville Parks, Recreation and
Cultural Arts Department.
ABSOLUTELY NO
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PARK PROPERTY AT ANY TIME BY ANY SPECTATOR OR
PLAYER. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO ALL YOUR PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS.
Teams must provide
softballs for all regular season games.
All balls must be core 47, USSSA or ASA approved.
Teams must be aware of parking around fields that could possibly cause damage because of balls flying out of the complex.
