WOLF RIVER WILDLIFE AREA

Located on the banks of the Wolf River off of Collierville-Arlington Road, the wildlife area encompasses more than 2,100 acres and includes walking and biking trails.  There is parking access just past the Wolf River Bridge on Collierville-Arlington Road.

Due to the safety of ALL citizens who use the WC Johnson Nature Boardwalk, No Unauthorized Motor Vehicles or Bicycles are allowed on the boardwalk.

The Collierville Greenbelt System is operated and maintained by the Town of Collierville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department.  The Greenbelt system is designed for the construction of over 60 miles of trails and sidewalks connecting parks, schools, neighborhoods, and commercial districts. The town currently manages over 4-1/2 miles of trails within the corporate limits.  Designed to enhance the natural beauty of the town, the trails run along laterals of the famous Wolf River, preserving natural vegetation and providing protected wildlife habitats.  Whether you are a biker, walker, runner, or simply enjoy strolling your child outdoors, the Greenbelt is within easy access for many Collierville residents.

New Greenbelt Trail
The new greenbelt trail getting underway in May and it will run along Hwy 385 and run north behind FedEx World Tech Center to Winchester Boulevard.  It will be a 12' regional trail.
