Participation Requirements

Grade as of 2007 fall semester.

League breakdown as follows: (Depending on the numbers)

3rd/4th Grade                       5th/ 6th Grade                      7th /8th Grade

Registration Location

Collierville Community Center

Community Center Hours – 7:30am till 5:30pm, Monday through Friday (5:00pm).

Registration Dates and Fees

July 30 – August 24, 2007

$75.00 for Collierville Resident

$105.00 for Non-Resident (Collierville residents have priority)

Late Registration Fees

$95.00* for Collierville Resident

$125.00* for Non-resident (Collierville residents have priority)

*Fee includes a $20.00 late fee

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to an administration fee ($15.00). No refunds after August 24th, 2007.

Waiting List

Registrations taken after August 24th are put on a waiting list. Participants will be called off this list as needed. There is no guarantee of participation. Collierville residents will have priority over non-residents.

Coaches

We need volunteer coaches. Moms are welcomed. Please indicate on the registration form that you are interested and complete a coach’s application.

Games

Games scheduled to start mid Sept. and conclude the end of Oct.

All games will be played in Collierville.

Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Practices

Time, place and frequency of practices will be at coach’s discretion.

Teams

All participants will be assigned to teams by computer. All requests must be made on registration form and are not guaranteed.

Equipment

Participants will be furnished with a game jersey.

Any and all other equipment will be the participant’s responsibility.
