Meeting Room Rentals

Annual Contract available for residents only

Rooms cannot be booked for more than two months in advance, with out annual contract
ROOM SET UP
$50 for after hour set up. Any rental that requires additional staffing for after hour setup will require this fee in addition to Room Rental Fee.
AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT
$10/day per piece of equipment

Gymnasium Rental
The H.W. Cox Community Center Gymnasium is a 15,000 square foot area that may be reserved and rented for private, civic, or commercial usage upon department approval and availability of the facility.
