Competitive Baseball/Softball Field Reservations

Collierville Baseball/Softball Field Reservation Policy

An approved USSSA roster (or other sanctioning organization approved by the Athletic Department) and certificate of insurance is required to be on file in at the Collierville Parks and Recreation office before a team is allowed to reserve a practice field.

Fields Available For Reservation
*The following fields will be used IF AVAILABILITY ALLOWS

HW Cox Baseball Fields  1, 2, 3 and 4
Suggs Softball Fields  1 and 2

Residency Requirements

Teams made up of at least 70% Collierville Residents    No charge to reserve practices
Teams with 69% or less Collierville Residents               Cannot reserve practice space

Days and Hours (field availability may vary)
Monday – Friday:  4:30 pm – 6 pm, 6 pm – 7:30 pm, 7:30 pm – 9 pm.  (Lights off at 9:15 pm)
Saturday:  9 am – 10:30 am, 10:30 am – 12 pm, 12 pm – 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 3 pm, 3 pm – 4:30 pm, 4:30 pm – 6 pm.  (No lights)
Sunday:  12 pm – 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 3 pm, 3 pm – 4:30 pm, 4:30 pm – 6 pm.  (No lights)

Field Rental and Usage Rules and Policies
• The Renter will be responsible for all persons in the group or organization using the facility.
• The Renter assumes liability and will hold the Township harmless for any injuries (or property damages) to any person suffered while watching or participating in activities for any reason whatsoever.
• The Renter assumes liability damage done to the facilities or grounds.
• The Renter will park ONLY in designated areas.
• The Renter will observe all rules.
• There shall be no alcoholic beverages on Town property, including but not limited to parking lots.
• There is NOT a phone at the Town of Collierville Athletic Facilities.
• Restrooms and gates will be unlocked by 4 pm on Monday – Friday; 8:30 am on Saturday and 1 pm on Sunday.
• Lights (if needed) will come on automatically at WCJ East, WCJ West, and HW Cox Field 3.  All other lights must be turned on and off by renter at designated light boxes.
• Field Conditions Information is available for field renters thru Rec-Check (853-1212) or Twitter (#colparksrec) only.  These are updated as needed by 3 pm Monday – Friday; 8:00 am on Saturday and 11 am on Sunday.  These will updated if weather changes after these times if possible.
