Located on 10524 East Holmes Road at Fleming Road (click on street address for google map directions).
Hinton Park has giant oaks, vast open spaces (for unstructured play), playgrounds (one surrounded with outdoor musical instruments and a u-shaped sandbox), a Disc Golf course, exercise trails, King of the Hill, and a Performance Lawn. There are also accesses and connections to residential areas via Greenbelt trails and roads. The 85 acres in the first phase also includes a lake that is 12 - 15 feet deep and part of an elaborate ecosystem with a wetlands area naturally fed with runoff from the south and from the lake in the drier months. When the water is high, it will cascade over a concrete wall into the lake. The lake will also serve as a natural aquifer for irrigation of the park in the summer.
The remaining 23 acres will be developed in future phases.
