The Department Administrative Division is responsible for the development of a complete municipal recreation program capable of meeting the cultural and recreational needs of Town Citizens. Along with supervising the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure the effective delivery of all department services, the Administrative Division is responsible for budget management and analysis, department personnel management, short and long term planning of the park system, and providing administrative support for the Park Advisory Board, Collierville Arts Council, Tourism Advisory Commission, and the Collierville Town Beautiful Commission.
