Collierville Online Practice Reservation

PLEASE READ and UNDERSTAND BEFORE USING

  1. Facilities can be reserved only by teams under the supervision and administration of the Town of Collierville or any Town of Collierville recognized service provider.All teams are allowed to have three (3) Town of Collierville fields reserved each week.
  2. If a team has reserved two (2) field time slots for a game or practice, they are able to reserve one (1) additional field. Batting Cages are first come first serve until further notice.
  3. Practices can not exceed more than ninety (90) minutes.
  4. Teams are not allowed to reserve more than one time slot a day. Any additional time slots for practice games or approved event in one day must be reserved by parks staff.
  5. Teams must have Username and Password provided by Parks Staff. Be sure to use ALL CAPS.
  6. Facility reservations are viewable by everyone and page is monitored. This department will delete any practice reservation that are in violation of these policies.
  7. Only your team may reserve a space using that team's user name and password. Anyone reserving a space for another team using their user name and password will lose field reservation privilages.
  8. Anyone abusing the Practice Reservation procedure could lose reservation privileges and may be subject to further suspension.
  9.   10. Sections colored in RED are "unavailable" slots due to games and/or fields closed.
  11. Reserved spaces are subjext to be overridden by this department due to make up games beging rescheduled, etc. If this happens and if other space is available, this department will try to re-schedule anyone's practice that was cancelled or moved.
