If you are having a special event that involves the use of Town property, please print off the application below (with as much information as possible) and bring it to the Parks Administration Office at 440 W Powell Road, M-F, 8AM-5PM. Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $250.00 that is due when the application is submitted.

The Town of Collierville has enrolled in a program which allows the Event Sponsor, the "user", to secure cost effective comprehensive liability insurance that provides protection for the “user” as well as the Town of Collierville.
