Team Fee
$425 per team
Season
Games will be played on Wednesday nights at WC Johnson East Complex. Game times are 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm. Season will start the end of March and will conclude in June.
All teams will get a minimum of 10 games, and every team will go to an end of the season tournament.

Practices for the 2013 Fall Season will begin in August, 2013, weather permitting. An approved USSSA roster (or other sanctioning organization approved by the Athletic Department) and certificate of insurance is required to be on file in at the Collierville Parks and Recreation office before a team is allowed to reserve a practice field.
2013 Fields Available For Reservation
*The following fields will be used IF AVAILABILITY ALLOWS
HW Cox Baseball Fields 1, 2, 3 and 4
Suggs Softball Fields 1 and 2
W.C. Johnson West Fields 6, 7, 8, and 9
2013 Residency Requirements
There will be no charge to reserve baseball/softball fields for 2013, as long as teams meet the following Residency Requirements.
Teams made up of at least 70% Collierville Residents No charge to reserve practices
Teams with 69% or less Collierville Residents Cannot reserve practice space
Days and Hours (field availability may vary)
Monday – Friday: 4:30 pm – 6 pm, 6 pm – 7:30 pm, 7:30 pm – 9 pm. (Lights off at 9:15 pm)
Saturday: 9 am – 10:30 am, 10:30 am – 12 pm, 12 pm – 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 3 pm, 3 pm – 4:30 pm, 4:30 pm – 6 pm. (No lights)
Sunday: 12 pm – 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 3 pm, 3 pm – 4:30 pm, 4:30 pm – 6 pm. (No lights)
Field Rental and Usage Rules and Policies
• The Renter will be responsible for all persons in the group or organization using the facility.
• The Renter assumes liability and will hold the Township harmless for any injuries (or property damages) to any person suffered while watching or participating in activities for any reason whatsoever.
• The Renter assumes liability damage done to the facilities or grounds.
• The Renter will park ONLY in designated areas.
• The Renter will observe all rules.
• There shall be no alcoholic beverages on Town property, including but not limited to parking lots.
• There is NOT a phone at the Town of Collierville Athletic Facilities.
• Restrooms and gates will be unlocked by 4 pm on Monday – Friday; 8:30 am on Saturday and 1 pm on Sunday.
• Lights (if needed) will come on automatically at WCJ East, WCJ West, and HW Cox Field 3. All other lights must be turned on and off by renter at designated light boxes.
• Field Conditions Information is available for field renters thru Rec-Check (853-1212) or Twitter (#colparksrec) only. These are updated as needed by 3 pm Monday – Friday; 8:00 am on Saturday and 11 am on Sunday. These will updated if weather changes after these times if possible.

Even if fields are not closed due to weather, the user is responsible for damages to fields and could forfeit future usage of facilities.
• Lights (if needed) will come on automatically at WCJ East, WCJ West, and HW Cox Field 3. All other lights must be turned on and off by renter at designated light boxes. IF LIGHTS ARE LEFT ON FOR WHATEVER REASON, THE RENTOR WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $50 PER FIELD (per the Town’s Fee Structure).

• Parks and Recreation Department is not responsible for furnishing L-Screens or Soft Toss screens for field. If these screens are available at the complexes, teams may use them at a first come first serve basis.

• No Alcohol Beverages or Narcotic Drugs
• No Smoking or Smokeless Tobacco Products
• No Bicycles, Skateboards, Rollerblades or similar devices inside complexes.
• Behavior in Parks – Visitors engaged in disruptive, destructive or hazardous conduct may be warned and asked to stop such conduct immediately by Park and Recreation attendant. Under circumstances where a visitor’s conduct is unlawful or poses imminent threat of injury or prevents public enjoyment, the violator may be asked to leave the park and/or reported to the Police.
• Please call the Collierville Parks and Recreation Department at 457-2770 if there are any questions regarding rules and contact the Collierville Police Department at 853-3207 to report any major issues or vandalism.
• The Renter is responsible for cleaning out all trash and debris in the dugout/bleacher areas. Failure to do so could result in loss of field reservation privileges.
• The Parks Department will make daily checks for field/facility abuse. Misuse of Department facilities may result in loss of field reservation privileges.

Registration Fee: $135.00 (non-resident - $185.00)

For all new cheerleaders, there will be an additional cost for the new uniform package. We are currently working with Cheer Uniform Supplier for final costs. Approximately $145.00. Fee for uniforms are not due until the cheer squads have been formed and the uniform is ordered.
**All returning cheerleaders can use their uniform from last season**
