If you are having a special event that involves the use of Town property, please print off the application below (with as much information as possible) and bring it to the Parks & Recreation Administration Office located at 440 West Powell Road. Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $250.00 that is due when the application is submitted.

The Town of Collierville has enrolled in a program which allows the Event Sponsor, the "user", to secure cost effective comprehensive liability insurance that provides protection for you as well as The Town of Collierville.
